SNOW & ICE
Please keep driveways and walkways clean for our drivers. Last year, we discovered that a stuck truck costs $600.00 to tow! (We got stuck in someone's driveway.) If the driver feels it is a risk, we will reschedule your delivery.
BOTTLES
If you suspect a water bottle is leaking, there are two ways to tell: a ring of water underneath the bottle or the water level is down at the bottle's neck. If it breaks after being put on your cooler, the water will come out underneath the cooler. Sometimes, an invisible hairline fracture just gives way, and there is no way to predict it.
Please don't store full water bottles outside or in a non-heated garage. The bottles crack when the water freezes, and that costs you $10 per bottle.
OUT OF THE COLD
We are overjoyed by your kindness and generosity. Your donations are often exactly what we need when we need them! The folks who receive the donations are humbly grateful... even for a comb!
MAIL STRIKE
It's hurting everyone! It's hurting us! We cannot return a second time to pick up the payment, as it is simply too expensive on time and fuel. We are busy with our clients making alternate arrangements. Here are the current choices:
- credit card: we accept VISA, MC, and Am Express
- e-transfer: sales@h2only.ca
- direct deposit: we can provide a void cheque with our banking info
- There's always the old-fashioned standby: payment on delivery
If you are not yet using one of the above methods, please let us know how you would like to make payments going forward. Thank you kindly for your understanding and assistance!
CHRISTMAS HOURS
We will be closed on Christmas, Boxing, and New Year's Day.
If your business will be closed either week, please let us know so that we can reschedule your delivery until after the holidays.
